Knowledge + involvement= commitment.

1.  Because we believe in this so strongly, we have developed a six month training program with a ten day boot camp for churches in which we will train emerging leaders to lead Short Term Missions around the world.

2.   Any Short Term Mission Team that would like to be endorsed by the district must meet certain district requirements.  All of these requirements are covered in the leadership training.

3.  Our leadership training program focuses not just on the Short Term Mission but on the Spiritual Transformation Ministry.

 What Does Your Training Include:

A) Six  months, one night a week of comprehensive training with an experienced trainer.

B) A wide range of topics in modular form, including a new addition: risk management.

C) Guest speakers from different fields and backgrounds.

D)A copy of the Trainer’s Leadership Manual, 2 Study  Books,  Six session video collection of field preparation and mission specific articles.

E) Ten day boot camp at an established Alliance mission field with an experienced

trainer.

F) Once you have completed the program we will help you to organize your own mission to an Alliance field.

G) Partnering your church with an Alliance church in another country. (optional)

H) Certificate at the end of the training program.
