A 3-WAY PARTNERSHIP
The Quest Apprenticeship program is offered through the partnership of local Alliance churches, the Central Canadian District and Ambrose University.
- Role of the Participant . . .
· Complete application process, securing the recommendation of their pastor and elders
· Finish 6 Foundation for Ministry courses via concentrated classroom instruction or on-line distance learning modules
· Participate in practical ministry experiences
· Participate in bi-monthly (twice a month) coaching sessions
· Interact periodically with other participants in a Peer Learning Cluster
· Compile a “Personal Learning Profile”
· Contribute to the cost of the Quest program

· Identify potential leaders in their congregation to participate in Quest
· Provide practical ministry experiences
· Provide bi-monthly (twice a month) coaching sessions
· Provide partial funding for Quest participants
- Role of the District . . .
· Administrate details of the program
· Train and resource coaches
· Enlist teachers for learning modules
· Facilitate peer cluster gatherings (face-to-face, conference calls and on-line interaction) |
