Early Bird tickets are on sale for $360 a ticket until July 31, 2024. Regular ticket prices in effect beginning August 1st until September 30th.
$450 - Regular – Single Accommodation
$375 – Regular – Double Accommodation
$350 – No Accommodation
We understand that budgets are tight! Every year, our district retreat is significantly subsidized by the district budget to keep the registration cost as low as possible.
Limited, additional subsidies for District Retreat are available to those whose churches are unable to afford the full cost of your retreat registration. Please fill out the Subsidy Request Form by July 31st to be considered for financial assistance.
* ‘Early Bird’ tickets, ‘No Accommodation’ tickets and tickets for spouses of Licensed Workers are not eligible for subsidy.
Ticket Definitions
Early Bird Ticket
Same early bird price for single or double accommodation. Includes programming, scheduled meals, and hotel room.
Single Accommodation Ticket
Private hotel room for one individual. Includes programming and scheduled meals.
Double Accommodation Ticket
Shared hotel room (for couples, friends, or colleagues). Includes programming and scheduled meals for one individual.
No Accommodations Ticket
Only covers programming and scheduled meals for one individual for the duration of the retreat (or for however many days you choose to attend). Does NOT include a hotel room.
Special Guest: Dr. Ron Walborn
Dr. Ron Walborn is the Executive Director of Urban Initiatives for Asbury Theological Seminary in New York City. Previously, Ron served as a Professor of Pastoral Theology, Vice President and Dean of Alliance Theological Seminary and Alliance University in New York City. Ron and his wife have a calling to bring renewal to the Church.

Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds after September 30th. Partial refunds are available for cancellations requested between May 1st and September 30th (50% of the registration fee is non-refundable and will be used to offset our contractual obligations to the resort).
